Feyth Works Photography (“Feyth Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of clients, gallery visitors, and the people represented in our photographs.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and handled when you access, interact with, or download photographs from a Feyth Works Photography gallery or collection.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with a gallery, information collected may include:

• Your name.

• Your email address.

• Information you voluntarily provide through forms or communications.

• Gallery registrations, favorites, selections, downloads, or other gallery interactions.

• Order, transaction, and fulfillment information when you make a purchase.

• Technical information associated with accessing or using the gallery, such as device, browser, usage, or similar information made available through the gallery platform or connected services.

Not every gallery requires or collects all of this information.

2. Email Addresses

Certain gallery features may request an email address, including gallery registration, downloads, purchases, favorites, selections, or other interactive features.

When an email address is required for access to or use of a gallery feature, it may be used to:

• Provide or manage gallery access.

• Facilitate downloads or purchases.

• Identify selections or favorites.

• Deliver requested photographs or information.

• Communicate regarding a gallery, photography service, order, or request.

• Maintain reasonable records related to gallery activity and client service.

Providing an email address for gallery access or downloading photographs does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

Where an optional marketing sign-up is offered, marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with the consent provided.

3. How Information Is Used

Personal information may be used when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide photography and gallery services.

• Deliver and manage photographs.

• Process purchases or fulfill orders.

• Respond to questions, requests, or concerns.

• Maintain client and gallery records.

• Protect galleries, photographs, clients, and our business from misuse or unauthorized access.

We do not use personal information in ways materially unrelated to the reason it was collected without an appropriate basis or permission.

4. Photographs & Personal Likeness

Photography may itself contain information about identifiable individuals.

Feyth Works Photography may create, store, edit, deliver, archive, display, and otherwise process photographs as reasonably necessary to provide photography services and maintain our body of work, subject to applicable agreements, releases, privacy commitments, and law.

Public-event galleries may contain photographs of people attending or participating in events.

The presence of a photograph in a gallery does not grant gallery visitors ownership of the image or unrestricted rights to use another person’s likeness.

Our separate Gallery Terms of Service govern permitted uses of photographs accessed or downloaded through our galleries.

5. Children & Minors

Feyth Works Photography treats photographs and information involving children with additional care.

We do not intentionally use identifiable photographs of minors for our own advertising, portfolio, promotional, or social-media purposes where parental or legal-guardian authorization is required unless appropriate permission has been obtained.

Gallery access involving minors may also be restricted or protected when appropriate.

If a parent or legal guardian has a legitimate privacy concern regarding an identifiable child appearing in a Feyth Works gallery, they may contact us to request review.

6. Public & Private Galleries

Some Feyth Works galleries are publicly accessible, while others may be hidden, password protected, accessible only through a direct link, or otherwise restricted.

Visitors should not assume that possession of a gallery link, password, download PIN, or other access information grants permission to redistribute that information or provide access to unauthorized persons.

Reasonable privacy controls may be used according to the nature of the assignment and gallery.

7. Service Providers

Feyth Works Photography uses third-party services to operate portions of its business and gallery experience.

These providers may process information when necessary to provide services such as gallery hosting, website functionality, image delivery, payments, printing, order fulfillment, analytics, communications, or other business operations.

Information may therefore be processed by the applicable service provider according to its own privacy practices and the services being provided on behalf of Feyth Works Photography.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

8. Pixieset

Feyth Works Photography currently uses Pixieset to provide client galleries and related functionality.

When you interact with a gallery hosted through Pixieset, certain information may be processed by Pixieset as the platform provider in order to operate the gallery and its associated features.

Pixieset’s own privacy practices may apply separately to information it processes through its platform.

9. Payments & Purchases

When purchases are available through a gallery, payment and transaction information may be processed by third-party payment, gallery, printing, or fulfillment providers.

Feyth Works Photography may receive information necessary to identify, administer, and fulfill an order but does not necessarily receive or independently store complete payment-card information handled by the payment processor.

10. Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies

Gallery platforms and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, remember preferences for, measure, or improve the gallery experience.

Analytics may also provide information about how visitors interact with galleries or websites.

Where applicable, these technologies may be governed by the privacy and cookie practices of the platform or service providing them.

11. Sharing of Personal Information

Feyth Works Photography does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary:

• With service providers assisting in delivering photography, galleries, orders, or business operations.

• At your request or with your consent.

• To protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Feyth Works Photography, our clients, gallery visitors, or others.

• When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

• When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

We seek to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

12. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and client records, to provide ongoing services, or to satisfy legal, accounting, contractual, or legitimate business requirements.

Photographs may be retained separately from other personal information as part of our professional archive, subject to applicable agreements and legal obligations.

Gallery availability itself is not guaranteed indefinitely.

13. Data Security

Feyth Works Photography takes reasonable measures to protect information within our control.

However, no website, online gallery, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients and gallery visitors should protect passwords, download PINs, private gallery links, and other access information provided to them.

14. Your Choices & Requests

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may contact Feyth Works Photography regarding personal information associated with you and request that we:

• Correct inaccurate information.

• Review information associated with you.

• Remove information that is no longer reasonably necessary.

• Address a privacy concern involving a gallery or photograph.

• Stop marketing communications for which you previously provided consent.

Not every request will necessarily require deletion or removal. Certain information may need to be retained for contractual, legal, accounting, archival, security, or other legitimate purposes.

15. Photograph Privacy Concerns

If you are identifiable in a photograph displayed in a public Feyth Works gallery and have a legitimate privacy or safety concern regarding its display, you may contact Feyth Works Photography and request review.

Requests involving children, personal safety, sensitive circumstances, or unintended disclosure will be given particular consideration.

A request does not automatically require removal of a photograph, but concerns will be reviewed reasonably and in good faith.

16. Marketing Communications

Gallery access, downloading a photograph, making a purchase, or communicating with Feyth Works Photography does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.

Where marketing communications are offered, you may be asked to affirmatively opt in.

If you have subscribed to marketing communications, you may withdraw that consent or unsubscribe through the method provided with those communications.

Service-related communications necessary to fulfill a booking, order, gallery request, or other transaction may still be sent when appropriate.

17. External Links

Feyth Works galleries may contain links to websites or services operated by others.

Feyth Works Photography is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independently operated third-party websites.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Feyth Works Photography’s services, gallery features, or legal obligations change.

The current version displayed through our galleries will indicate the date of the most recent update.
