Gallery Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service apply to photographs viewed, accessed, shared, purchased, or downloaded through galleries and collections provided by Feyth Works Photography (“Feyth Works”).

By accessing or downloading photographs from a Feyth Works gallery, you agree to the terms below.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs displayed within Feyth Works galleries remain the copyrighted work of Feyth Works Photography unless otherwise stated.

Viewing, downloading, purchasing, or receiving a photograph does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image.

2. Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated for a particular collection, photographs made available for download may be used for reasonable personal, non-commercial purposes.

This includes:

  • Saving photographs for personal use.

  • Sharing photographs with friends and family.

  • Posting photographs to your personal social-media accounts.

  • Using a photograph as a personal profile or cover image.

  • Making personal prints where downloading and printing have been permitted.

When reasonably practical, credit to Feyth Works Photography is appreciated when photographs are shared publicly.

3. Artists, Performers & Participants

Performers, artists, speakers, vendors, participants, and others photographed during an event are welcome to share photographs depicting themselves through their personal social-media accounts and portfolios, provided the use remains non-commercial and the photograph is not materially altered.

Being depicted in a photograph does not transfer copyright or automatically grant commercial usage rights.

If you would like to use an image to promote your work, business, performance, event, release, merchandise, advertising, or other commercial activity, please contact Feyth Works Photography for permission or licensing.

4. Commercial & Promotional Use

Unless expressly authorized, downloaded photographs may not be used for:

  • Paid advertising or sponsored content.

  • Business or organizational marketing.

  • Event promotion.

  • Commercial websites or promotional materials.

  • Album, single, book, publication, or product artwork.

  • Merchandise or products offered for sale.

  • Resale or redistribution of the image itself.

  • Licensing or supplying the photograph to another business, publication, organization, or commercial entity.

Commercial, editorial, promotional, and publication rights may be available through a separate agreement or license.

5. Social Media Sharing

Personal social-media sharing is welcomed.

Photographs may not be edited in a way that materially changes the work, misrepresents the subject, removes ownership information, or falsely represents another person as the photographer.

Reasonable platform-generated resizing or compression is permitted.

6. Editing, Filters & Alterations

Please do not substantially re-edit, recolor, apply filters to, manipulate, or otherwise materially alter downloaded photographs without permission.

Reasonable cropping necessary for social-media formatting or profile images is permitted provided it does not remove a visible watermark, signature, or other ownership mark.

7. Watermarks & Attribution

Watermarks, signatures, copyright notices, or other identifying marks placed on photographs may not intentionally be removed, obscured, or altered.

Where no watermark is present, the absence of a watermark does not waive copyright or otherwise place the photograph into the public domain.

8. Redistribution

Downloading an image gives you permission to use that image within the rights granted here. It does not give you permission to create your own gallery, image archive, download collection, stock library, or other distribution source containing Feyth Works photographs.

Please share the original Feyth Works gallery or collection when directing others to photographs whenever practical.

9. Photographs of Other People

Access to a photograph does not grant rights relating to another person’s name, likeness, privacy, publicity, trademarks, performance, artwork, or other protected interests.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of a photograph does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

10. Children & Minors

Photographs depicting children should be treated with particular care.

Downloading a photograph of a minor does not grant permission to use that child’s likeness for advertising, commercial promotion, redistribution, or other unrelated purposes.

Feyth Works Photography may restrict access to, remove, or decline to distribute photographs involving minors when appropriate.

11. Removal Requests

Feyth Works Photography approaches public and event photography with respect for the people represented in the work.

If you are identifiable in a photograph and have a legitimate concern regarding its display in a public Feyth Works gallery, you may contact Feyth Works Photography to request review.

A request does not automatically require removal, but concerns will be considered reasonably and in good faith.

12. Downloads & Availability

The availability of a photograph for download does not constitute a transfer of copyright or unrestricted permission to use the photograph.

Feyth Works Photography may change download permissions, gallery availability, image resolution, or access to a collection at any time.

Gallery availability is not guaranteed indefinitely. Users wishing to retain photographs they are permitted to download should maintain their own copies.

13. Prints & Third-Party Services

Where printing or purchasing options are available, additional terms from the applicable fulfillment or payment provider may apply.

Feyth Works Photography is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of prints independently produced through a third-party service selected by the user.

14. Prohibited Use

Feyth Works photographs may not be used unlawfully, deceptively, defamatoryly, or in a manner that falsely implies endorsement by Feyth Works Photography or a person depicted in the photograph.

Photographs may not be sold, sublicensed, entered into stock-image libraries, used to train or develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems, minted or sold as digital collectibles, or otherwise commercially exploited without express written authorization.

15. Separate Licenses

Some galleries, clients, events, or individual photographs may be subject to separate licensing terms.

Where a separate written license or agreement has been provided, that agreement controls to the extent that it differs from these general Gallery Terms of Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

Feyth Works Photography may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms presented with a gallery at the time photographs are accessed or downloaded govern that use unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

17. Contact & Permission

If you would like to use a photograph beyond the permissions provided here, please contact Feyth Works Photography.

Whether you are a performer, organizer, business, publication, creative professional, or someone with another use in mind, additional permissions and licensing can be discussed.
